We clip the following death notice from the Decatur Ill Daily Herald.

Mrs. Dunnigan was raised near Annapolis, and a daughter of Jacob Ephlin and sister to the late John Ephlin, the preacher-shoemaker who died at Harveysburg a few years ago. The funeral of Mrs. Frances C. Dunnigan was held Thursday afternoon from the residence of her son, Officer Charles Dunnigan, 975 E. Eldorado Street. The services were conducted by Rev. H.C. Gibbs and were very largely attended. Music was furnished by a quartet composed of Mrs. Wm. Hostetler, Miss Amy Hovey, A.E. Lindamood and Harry Kepler. There was a profusion of beautiful floral offerings. The interment was at Greenwood Cemetery and the pall bearers were John Armstrong, LT Armstrong, Cyrus Imboden, Charles Borchers, W.W. Bonard and Ed Mattes. A squad of 12 officers headed by Capt. Herman Keoppe preceded the hearse to the Cemetery. The following persons from out of the city attended: Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Burch of Chicago; I.A. Pickard of Rockville, Ind; W.S. Ephlin and Mrs. E.M. Ratcliff of Kingman, Ind; J.M. Bery (sic), R.A. Berry (sic), Mrs. LB Purnell and Mrs. Leonore (sorry rest is gone).
